Monthly packages are designed to support consistency, which is key to motor learning and long-term progress.
Payment for therapy packages is due prior to the first scheduled session of the package period. Package fees reserve your therapy time and support consistent participation, which is important for progress.
Unused Sessions
Unused sessions do not roll over to future months unless approved by B.Spoke Speech Therapy due to illness, emergency, or other extenuating circumstances.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Speech & Language therapy outcomes vary by individual. Participation in a therapy package does not guarantee specific results. Consistent attendance, home practice, and family involvement are important factors in achieving progress.
Clients are expected to attend all scheduled sessions within the package period. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments, or no-shows will be charged as a completed session and will not be rescheduled.
Refund Policy
Clients may discontinue services at any time. Refunds for unused prepaid sessions will be calculated based on the standard individual session rate for services already provided, with any remaining balance refunded within 30 days.
